Richard Carande, President Mr. Carande is President and CEO of Neva Ridge Technologies, Inc. and a founding member of the company. He has over 25 years experience working in the area of Synthetic Aperture Radar. Prior to starting Neva Ridge, Mr. Carande was the Director of Radar Technologies at Vexcel Corporation, and VP of Engineering. There he ran a very successful group of engineers and scientists focused on developing cutting edge SAR technology. Before joining Vexcel in 1995, he worked at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. During his tenure at JPL, Mr. Carande was a technical group leader developing SAR and interferometric SAR processing algorithms. Mr. Carande has a Masters degree in Physics from Case Western Reserve University. |

Paul Bodnar, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Bodnar is the CFO for Neva Ridge Technologies, Inc. and a founding member of the company. Prior to Neva Ridge, Mr. Bodnar held key financial positions at several companies; most recently Vexcel Corporation where he served as VP of Finance and Administration. Before working at Vexcel, Mr. Bodnar was Director of Mergers and Acquisitions and Senior Financial Analyst for BI Incorporated, a high-tech company serving the corrections industry, and Vice President for Resource Mortgage Corporation. Mr. Bodnar holds an MBA from the University of Colorado, Denver in Finance and a BA from the University of Colorado, Boulder. |

David Cohen, Vice President of Engineering Dr. Cohen is Vice President of Engineering at Neva Ridge Technologies, Inc. and a founding member of the company. He has over 20 years experience working in the areas of remote sensing and Synthetic Aperture Radar. Most recently, as the Director of Special Programs at Vexcel Corp., Dr. Cohen led the development of advanced techniques in the area of SAR interferometry. He also directed activities to provide SAR-derived data to the geotechnical and government communities. Prior to working at Neva Ridge and Vexcel, Dr. Cohen worked at Dynamics Technology on SAR and imaging sonar technologies. Dr. Cohen has a PhD in Physics from the University of Colorado. |
